As a highly experienced technical professional, I have honed my skills over several years in various roles leading up to my current position as the Manager of a wing battle staff network. In this role, I provide oversight of critical command and control (C2) systems for wing contingency operations, develop plans and integration strategies and direct initiatives for a multi-million dollar network.
I have experience in directing and managing teams in the deployment of communication packages through SCCM and the development of WDS solutions to install current SDC over a server. I have also worked with CISCO ISE, virtualization teams and cloud architecture to secure the deployment of packages and ensure smooth operation of the communication systems. Additionally, I have led virtual private network software expansion solution tests, enabling the implementation of 400,000 simultaneous network connections.

IT Program Manager/NCOIC Client Systems
NCOIC Client Systems/Program Manager for the USAFE Communication Enterprise, I led teams in the deployment of communication packages through SCCM and the development of a WDS solution to install current SDC over a server. NCOIC Executive Communication
With several years of experience in managing and maintaining client systems, I was selected to serve as Executive Communications (Exec Comm) for the 7th Air Force Division Chiefs. My technical abilities and expertise in vulnerability management systems, as well as my knowledge of networks, led me to effectively provide technical support to senior leaders in the areas of communications and command and control. As an NCOIC in this role, I was responsible for implementing and monitoring processes for maintaining system security, troubleshoot and resolving technical issues, and providing training to end-users. Additionally, I had experience in managing Citrix, active directory, setting up cooperative systems and infrastructure and learning various network protocols. My experience and technical skills helped me to effectively support the senior leaders and improve the overall performance and functionality of the communication system
NCOIC GCCS Client Systems
As an NCOIC for GCCS client systems, I led a team of technicians in the maintenance and operation of GCCS client systems. I managed Retina and ACAS scans for vulnerability management and ensured compliance with organizational policies. My experience and technical skills also allowed me to implement and monitor processes for maintaining and updating system security, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide training to end users.
During my tenure, I played a key role in the expansion of the section to a flight, and was instrumental in the successful transition. My leadership and management skills, combined with my knowledge of GCCS systems and vulnerabilities management, helped me to effectively run the shop, improve the level of service provided to clients and efficiently expand the section to a flight.
Communications Focal Point Supervisor
With several years of experience, I progressed to a supervisory role where I oversaw the operations of the PC maintenance department. I managed and mentored a team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks were completed effectively and efficiently. I also implemented and monitored departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards. My strong technical skills, leadership abilities and knowledge of computer systems and hardware, helped me to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the department, and enhance the level of service provided to clients.

2010 SharePoint Administrator
As a SharePoint Administrator, I was responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint environments for various organizations. My duties included configuring, managing and monitoring SharePoint farms, and their associated services, such as search, user profile and taxonomy. I also implemented and managed SharePoint security, including permissions and access levels for users and groups.
